Biggest Economies of the Future the power is in the purse as they say. the pen is mighter than the sword? well the pen drives the sword. So a study came out from price waterhouse coopers by 2050. and the money is moving east. you have china there at #1. don’t ask me how it got there. it’s a long story. united states and india contesting at #2. united states slipping to #2 or #3. don’t ask me too how it got there. it’s a looong story. so what is the basis of this PWC shocker? one reason would be population growth & work productivity. well i dont want to sound funny but making babies really pushes the economy up ;D . that is my funny yet a little truthful reason with qualifications. the real reason is multifaceted and complex. surprises? well , a lot. australia falling out far. indonesia climbing to 4th ( i will visit indonesia and bali this year). brazil with it’s political turmoil reaching #5. vietnam going up fast. nigeria making progress. ph...

wanderboy : the surf diaries My life as a boy has always been connected to the sea. My dad used to take me fishing. He enrolled me in swimming school at the age of 10. So swimming has been part of my life since then. Went on to join college varsity. The goal was not really to win as I was a student first and being in a tough academic program and university. I didn’t pursue it because I couldn’t wake up so early for practice. Which made me very happy so that i could concentrate on sleeping, partying and studying. Kidding aside, after college, I have tried to explore the best beaches in which to swim. After having swam in many fantastic beaches, Travels that resulted in the happy memories, grueling journeys and a life threatening accident. I always wondered how it was like to surf. I used to watch Kelly Slater slice the seas like a sous chef. Watching all those hawaiian masters tear up the waves. I knew it was dangerous. I have played so many sports in my li...

my pet louie is sick. something's not right with him. when something is weird, go straight to your vet. dog anatomy is very different to humans. and they are much more delicate than you think. delaying this would be very painful. in my case, my dear kobe....it still kills me to think of my fat kobe. but i have learned my lesson . and never again. louie is back, safe and sound after a week in the doggy hospital. in can cost a bit, but nothing beats having my little pooch back in his masters arms. the master is indeed very happy and has become a slave to the true master of the house...louie. the doggy pound is back to normal.

Serious firepower for a such a tiny camera. Detail is just excellent. If you like to travel light and take awesome pictures, then this is suited for you. Thieves will not take interest in stealing it if ever you are in Paris owing to it's "vintage" look. They might think it's cheap. It's not. Will this camera one day be used by discriminating professionals in the advertising , fashion and magazine industry? Remains to be seen. But it is good enough to make a slight penetration.

Just my 2 cents worth of this political exercise. Obama is a socialist while Romney is capitalist. America really needed a capitalist to help it get out of the "financial cliff" , the result of which would be just unimaginable. But the electorate has spoken. America is certainly a divided nation. We can read all these statements about this and that. Analysis. Statistics. Experts. The hard truth remains. Obama WILL SPEND A LOT to fund his socialist programs. So what does that mean? Simple, he has to tax people. According to Obama, he will only tax the rich. Fine. They can afford it. But is it really enough to plug the leaks in the US deficit ( simple terms, spending negative cash). I don't think so. Socialists are great. they help people. help the underprivileged. Spend more with Obamacare. provide free education or spend more for education. Build more railways. Establish more regulatory Agencies which also cost money. Spend more money on Solar companies which los...
